In June 2018 Sweden’s Chemical Agency (Kemi) proposed restricting the substance group medium-chained chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) at a .1% maximum concentration level in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). The proposal means that Sweden is the first member state to propose the restriction of an additional substance under EU RoHS.
