In June 2016 the agency that runs California’s Prop65, OEHHA, approved the amendment of the Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for bisphenol A (BPA).   The regulation establishes a MADL of 3 micrograms per day for bisphenol A (BPA) from dermal exposure from solid materials. The regulation will be effective on October 1, 2016.
