March 2016 marked the first reporting deadline for companies that fall under scope of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. For applicable companies with fiscal years ending March 31st, 2016, their report is due within six months of their fiscal year end or sooner, if possible. The UK MSA Act mirrors the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act.
