In March 2016 OEHHA California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, OEHHA, proposed emergency actions regarding BPA and established MADL of 3 micrograms per day for dermal exposure from solid materials that contain BPA. If passed, this means that Prop 65 warnings will be required for products with an exposure scenario of 3 micrograms per day o f BPA. Currently there is no safe harbor limit for BPA.
