In April 2013, The UK’s Department for Environment, Food and Public Affairs, Defra, published a disucssion paper reviewing Producer Responsibility Regimes.
The paper considers a variety of measures to achieve more coherent regulatory approach for three major areas of Producer Responsibility: Packaging; WEEE; and Batteries.
