In March 2013 the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) announced it is seeking comments on 10 substances proposed to be included in the SVHC Candidate List. The consultation will be open for 45 days and will end on 18 April 2013.
The 10 substances are:
- Cadmium
- Cadmium oxide
- Dipentyl phthalate (DPP)
- 4-Nonylphenol, branched and linear, ethoxylated
- 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-(tert-butyl)-6-(sec-butyl)phenol (UV-350)
- 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4,6-ditertpentylphenol (UV-328)
- 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(5-chlorobenzotriazol-2-yl)phenol (UV-327)
- 2-benzotriazol-2-yl-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol (UV-320)
- Ammonium pentadecafluorooctanoate (APFO)
- Pentadecafluorooctanoic acid (PFOA)
