RoHS2 FAQ Published

The new RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) entered into force on July 21st, 2011 and requires Member States to transpose the provisions into national law by January 2nd, 2013.  

 

The RoHS2 working group published a RoHS 2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document in June, 2012. The FAQ document is intended to help with interpretation of the provisions of RoHS 2 in order to ensure compliance with the Directive’s requirements.
